decision making
The National Decision Model (NDM) has been used with great effect in the UK for over a decade. This programme supports learners work through the model and apply it to particular situations they may face.
The programme places an emphasis on the need for values to underpin all that officers do.
ethics in policing
Judgement is a key component for police leaders. This programme prompts the learner to think about what the values of policing really are and how they sit within their own leadership. Whether or not communities share those values and where or not that is important for successful policing is also discussed.
This is a reflective programme that prompts delegates towards a greater level of self reflection in relation to their own leadership and community engagement.
multi agency training
Through a scenario based event, multi-agency partners will come together to resolve a challenging set of circumstances. From understanding first responder principles to setting up multi-agency meetings this programme supports delegates to best understand how to work together to achieve positive outcomes for communities.
The programme is aimed at those who will lead first responders attending multi-agency incidents.
